Organoleptic Characteristics: Pale pink color, with an intoxicating
nose that ranges from floral scents to fresh fruit notes, including
wild strawberry. On the palate, it is fresh with a long fruity
aftertaste.
Serving Temperature: 10-12°C
Food Pairings: Excellent with shellfish and fish dishes, but due to
its softness and acidity, it also pairs well with meat dishes
featuring mushrooms and vegetables.
