A young wine obtained from the best Corvina,Corvinone and Rondinella grapes harvested in the first 1o days of October and vinified in the traditional manner. This wine embodies, in all its simplicity, the history of the Valpolicella area. To be enjoyed on itsown by the glass or throughout a meal.
Serve at 16°-18° C (60°-64° F) in a medium large glass.

We chose the name “Castrum” as a tribute to “The Castle” located in Castelrotto, a medieval town in Valpolicella. A soft and well round wine obtained from the best Corvina grape variety laid drying for about 30 days. After a long fermentation in Slavonian oak casks, it has been aged in small French oak casks. A meditation wine with complexity suited to be paired with all meat dishes.
Serve at 18°-20°C in large glass.

A mature and complex wine obtained from the best Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella varietals laid outto partially dry for 90-110 days. e wine is vinifiedin the traditional manner and aged for an extendedperiod French oak barriques. A silky-smooth wine thateffectively reflects the characteristics of the terroir inwhich it originates. It pairs well with autumnal andwinter dishes such as braised meats and casseroles,but above all it is a wine to linger and meditate upon.Serve at 18°-20° C (64°-68° F) in a large glass.
