Wildflowers honey is produced by bringing bees to our citrus groves in the plain of Sibari during the period between April and May. It is produced according to tradition and in full respect of bees and nature, all this gives the honey a unique taste linked to our territory.
Wildflower Honey is a pure expression of the harvest area, capable of restoring smells and flavors. It is generally crystallized, with a color tending to amber, which can vary from opaque white to golden with orange hues, to bright yellow, up to hazelnut color. The aroma is enveloping and its scent ranges from floral notes to hints of candied fruit.
It has a sweet, fruity and floral flavor; On the palate its aromatic scale is extremely wide and varied. It is produced during spring and summer.
