Organoleptic Characteristics: Organic wine obtained from Fiano
grapes of Salento. Pale straw yellow color with greenish
reflections. The nose is young and enveloping, expressing notes of
white flowers and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and savory,
echoing the olfactory sensations and resulting in an extremely
long finish.
Serving Temperature: 10-12°C
Food Pairings: Pairs well with dishes based on shellfish, fish, white
meats, pasta dishes, and seasonal vegetables.
