Organoleptic Characteristics: Intense red color with some garnet
reflections. The nose is intense and rich with scents of red fruits,
plum, cherries, and violets, enriched by sweet spicy notes. On the
palate, it is soft with sweet and velvety tannins that enhance the
fruity and spicy olfactory perception, with a long, flavorful finish.
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C
Food Pairings: Excellent throughout the meal, with pasta dishes
and any meat course, whether grilled or braised.
